    Outstanding, I am a pork guy and like the pork better, but this beef is surely worth doing again,. All vacuum sealed put away. I will serve some up for Christmas thin sliced with some cheese.

    Last night I also cut up 10 lbs of pork butt and put it in Tasso Cure too. I also put two whole chickens in the slaughter house Brine ,but added cure. I will let them cure until Friday evening the smoke it all up Saturday

    Tasso Pizza Off the Hook Used some Naan bread and made some pizza last night. This stuff is fantastic.. We have been just slicing and eating , but a whole new flavor dimension when used with other food.
