    Co-worker brought me some marinated frog.  He recommended I deep fry it, but since I do not like to deep fry, I am going to add a little more seasoning and toss them on the grill wrapped in foil with some butter and a dash of olive oil.  I've grilled them in the past and they, IME tend to dry...

    Very nice.  I love this stuff.  An old roomy of ours used to do this and for 2 salmon seasons we had the best beer munchies.  Well done.

    Stuffed wrapped chicken thighs...

    Good thing I remembered to take a pic before my 2 boys inhaled the rest.  The bacon was nice and crisp, the thighs nice and juicy, but the cheese had oozed out.

    Dave & Friends. This is what I do not like about the smoking of cheese.  I have learned thus far the longer you can wait the better.  I have not been into this long enough to really have a cheese age the way some of the other forum members have had.  My family and friends love the cheese I did...

    That's a nice looking T-Tip.  The wife and I have done several throughout the years, but that was on the grill until I smoked my first one and I will never grill another one again.

    Chicken thighs hit the smoker @ 4:00 stuffed with green onions, home smoked cheddar, wrapped in maple bacon and our rub.
