    so i believe this is an offset smoker and the meat is a shoulder, i have cut it down to 4lb for this try. i do have a food thermometer so i can check the internal temp. thanks so far guys

    Just brought a smoker and a 10lb pork leg and wondered how long you guys would recommend smoking it for?? Going to be using some hickory wood chips for smoke.
