    My meat probe will occasionally do the same. I think mine is from the cable being pinched too tightly in the door, or from s kink in it. Haven't been able to pinpoint it. Only usually happens toward the end of a cook, beginning now to wonder if it's heat related???? Usually have it far enough...

    The ribs were delicious. Starting to get them to be to my liking. It's only taken me 5 years to perfect them. Lol. I've had many pounds of delicious mistakes. Last nights ribs were said to be better than any of the rib joints in town.
