    I also sell pulled pork and had the same issues as you do!!! I upgraded to a W.S.M. It holds 6 shoulders easy, and you already have a guru it takes me exactly 20 lbs of coal for 6 shoulders I am using a pitmaster IQ Hears a few pics of my setup with shoulders
