Congratulations on the Chimp. Until a month ago i owned one for 5 years. Still ran like the day i bought it. Built like a tank, great when outside temperatures are low. You will love it. I only got rid of mine because it was my 65th bday and the wife insisted I upgrade. Hey who am i to argue 🤣 I...
Did two racks of baby back ribs on my new Smoque. Started first hour on the smokeboost setting 180 then went rest of way at 235. Threw some corn on the cob on also, my first time trying that( sorry no corn pics) but it was pretty good. Ribs were juicy and good smoke profile. So far satisfied...
Got home from work early so i threw on something simple, drumsticks. Good smoke profile for cooking at 275 then at end went to 300 then 350 cause i was getting hungry and it was starting to look like rain. I have to say im impressed with the Weber Smoque no regrets. The smoke profile is as good...

Our local Meijer store had pork tenderloins buy one pack get the second for a buck. That equals to less than $6 per pack with 2 pieces. Quick 1.5 hour smoke. These came out so juicy and flavorful I surprised myself and had to share. Cooked on my Grilla Grills Chimp pellet smoker at 220 deg. Used...
