Thanks, I think thats what differs fro my smoker to others. Doesnt really have a top "vent" it has a small hole that cant be adjusted. I am using whole wood chunks. I cut them down to about 1 oz. each. So maybe ill just do 2 ounces this time and write down my results of course. It its not smokey...
