Years upon years of running chainsaws and brush chippers without hearing protection have given me some degree of tinnitus. I still hear well, but there is a constant ringing in my ears. I am mostly able to ignore it.
My dad always partook of raw ground beef with onions slathered on a slice of bread at Oktoberfest put on every year by a German club. He loved the stuff, but mom would not let us kids even have a taste.
A huge hamburger patty topped with golden smothered onions! Mom always cooked the burgers and did the onions.

The radiation clinic gave me a certificate for having completed my course of treatment with courage, determination, and good nature (must of got me confused with another patient, lol).
They also have canvases of amateur art lining the halls back in the treatment area. They have every patient...
Lemme see, my butt felt like I'd been eating ghost peppers about Wednesday morning (radiation Monday). If no repeat after today's treatment in a day or so, yes, I'll celebrate just for that!!
