    Smoking with high fire danger

Shouldnt be a problem. A buddy of mine use to live in an area like that but used charcoal and wood instead. He would just wet down the area with his hose just to be safe and always had a fire extinguisher or 2 around.

    rain, rain, go away!!!

I reember when the ice cream shop around the corner of my house opened up a lil over a month ago. It was -10°f out and there was a good line of people (including me) waiting for ice cream. One of the many reasons why i love buffalo, i dont think youd see that anywhere else.

Im going to be getting a meat grinder and sausage stuffer soon and was wondering if there are amy recommendations. Id prefer not to spend more than $100 each. Entering my first local competition...advice needed.

I say if you win anything, after expenses are set aside use the rest to go out and celebrate With some beers and more food. But of course talk to your assistants to be fair. Good Luck!!!

    8 years

Congrats!  I'm hoping to be lucky enough to last that long.  I'm in my longest relationship of 8 months (I'm 23 and previously longest was 3 months. I was never really good with relationships, I liked being a free bird) and we are literally complete opposites.  The only thing we have in common...

Anyone ever been "forced" to smoke?

I smoked some pulled pork one day and threw some of my homemade barbecue sauce on it, and shared it with two members of my fire department, and they told everyone else how amazing it was.  No one really expected me to be a good cook, but they begged me for a while to make some for everyone at...

    Help for first smoker build

Its finally starting to warm up here in Buffalo and I'm excited about finally being able to smoke again after dealing with 8 feet of snow in 2 days and sub zero temperatures.  I can finally see the grass again and can wear shorts again (yes, we consider temps in the upper 30s shorts weather).  I...
