We had a propane tank explode and i was on a hose sitting in front of another trying to keep it cool so it wouldnt explode. Nobody was hurt.- x0xsaywhutx0x

We just had a similar fire. Small warehouse built out of steel and brick, but was filled with pallets. Took a lil over 6 hours to put out and layed out over a mile of 5in supply line and still needed 2 tankers to help with water supply. Tips for Civil Service exam?
I will be driving down to erie, PA to pick up an application to be a paid firefighter and will have to take a civil service exam eventually. Any tips on it? Im sure it may be a little different state to state but any help is much appreciated.- x0xsaywhutx0x

why overnight?
when applying a dry rub, it rarely penetrates more than 1/8in. Its more of a surface treatment to give it some flavor and a nice crust. So there really is no point in applyong a rub days in advance, overnight or couple hours is just fine. Only salt pentrates deeper and it takes about 24 hours to...- x0xsaywhutx0x
