Thanks, the salad is just a pre chopped kit. It has the lettuce chopped which is a little different experience dressing, cheese, crumbled croutons and toasted quinoa.
Those look great! I have wrapped my beef ribs to render the fat better after having one of the ones I made for the wife who prefers her beef wrapped. If I found some as nice as yours I’ll try them both ways.
