Turns out that "16 lb" butt was really a cryo pack of 2. I cut one up for country style boneless ribs and smoked the other for pulled pork on Christmas Eve for Christmas at our house on Christmas Day. Interesting, when I got mine they didn't have any in the display case. Maybe that is because they only had jumbo ones left so they were all in the back cooler. lol- 4pogo7
