    Smokersteve,  I did a 8 pound pork shoulder on Sat.  I put it on at 9:30 am and it was done around 9:30 at night.   I had arond a 3-4 hour stall.  Good luck!

    I have searched the forums and found what caulk to use. My question is can I caulk the inside of the smoker? I was worried about toxins but I figured if I got a high heat that it should be fine? Thanks for the help
