I always made.my.own concoction for injecting but lately I like using butchers bbq brisket injection...no.muss...mixes easily in cold water, works great...

I was so pleased with the performance of my origional IRF 4S inkbird thermo I ordered a second unit to monitor multiple smokers.
It arrived in perfect condition yesterday afternoon approximately 48 hours after ordering...

I was so pleased with my first unit I just purchased a second unit duringbacrecent "flash sale". Now I can monitor multiple smokers.
Its accuracy and ease of use make it a pleasure to use...IMO this unit has a lot of "bang for the buck"

All.the advice here is exceptional.
I've done both butts and picnics for pulled pork and my personal preference is the butt.
One thing I've learned about making a picnic a bit better (dont fret, it's never bad) is to add a finishing sauce when pulling...
This is simply a flavorful liquid mixed...
