Well decided to make some powder this year. Second year of growing garlic. Got next crop in ground, looked like all rooted, will shoot some leaves up a few inches. Anywho, got 1.8oz. of wet garlic, before dehydrated.
I made a few small batches with frozen breasts. 2.5# cleaned weight for $13. 1# finished weight. Thought maybe a better price or cut. Can't seem to find fresh turkey breast or tenderloin (rarely, $7.50/lb). Honestly thought maybe whole bird when cheap and make ground, etc.,etc from the other parts.
