    I had problems with my AMNPS not putting out much smoke once it was in my MES.  I've started going through the lighting steps a second time after I've blown it out, and I took the chip loader all the way out.  Works fantastic now!

    Looks great so far!  The Maverick ET-732  is a great thermometer.  Get that and an A-Maze-N-Pellet-Smoker & you'll be all set for super easy smokes that you won't need to open & check on.  You'll want to, but won't need to.  ; )

    I'll keep updating this as it gets figured out.  The biggest inconvenience is that I can't ever set the temp & leave it.  It's either way over where it should be, or way under.  Hopefully Darryl will have some good ideas.

    Not yet.  It's still doing weird stuff.  Runs hotter than it says when empty.  With food in it, runs cooler than it says.  Darryl's (the MB tech guy) been helping me get it sorted out.  Just sent him a long log of my last smoke.

    I'm hoping someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong.  When I cook pork butts in my MES I put them on the top rack with a foil pan on the rack below to catch the drippings.  My problem is when it's time to foil the butts, my drippings have all burned up.  Last time I even put a can of beef broth...

    What Al said.  Also the range on the Maverick remote is incredible.  That and being able to set alarms for food temp, as well as high & low temps in the smoker.

    You'll never regret your AMNS purchase.  Being able to snooze for 7 or 8 hours is a huge plus!  My new A-Maze-N-Pellet-Smoker just arrived the other day & can't wait to give it a workout later today.
