    As far as wiring the charcoal ring... Just get a charcoal grate from the same size of a weber kettle. It will fit right in and is easy to wire. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I've seen where some guys find handles that fit where the grill supports are. That way you use the existing holes and hardware...

    I just want to add that this is called "pulehu" style in Hawaii! Steak, salt, pepper and smoked over kiawe! It just doesn't get any better than that!!!

    I've used my tube on a gasser grill at work a lot! Yea it puts out more smoke than the tray but a gas grill won't hold smoke like a regular smoker...
