Ray, you should have seen it before the 60 came through. Gilbert used to be a trip from Mesa and a very small farming town.
I swear is wasn't as hot back then before the concrete jungle erased the farms.
By far the best ranges.. I do miss those.
What I don't miss is the new found traffic and...
I am an Az native. 48 years in Mesa. The dove hunting is gone, the farms and dairies are gone, the Californians moved out of their failed state and the Canadians bought up all the real estate that seniors used to buy and live in. Hunting and camping went to the toilet. Saguaro and Canyon lakes...
Looks fine to me! Maybe just a few chives dancing on top and a few capers around the edge would dress it up nicely.
I'll have to pry the two cups of red wine out of my wife's cold hand but I want to give it a whirl..
I'm pretty sure this will void any warranty you may have.
When it burns downs and the insurance adjuster does a complete survey and finds a functional smoker in the baggage bin. ... Good luck with that.
I'm done with this thread..
Another solid no vote for me..
Perhaps a small trailer would fit your smoker, wood, etc. and you could easily vent it so there would be a induced low pressure on the exhaust while driving. I'm sure you could get 110 to it from your genny while driving or even use the 12v pin in the rv plug...
I don't think anyone stick welds any more other than underwater or structural.. I dunno, been out of construction a long time.
I keep my eyes open for an older lincoln AC buzz box. They are solid. My lincoln FCAW took a dirt nap while I was building my smoker. I put a new torch assy and feed...
It will be fine!
What are you cutting it with? Depending on the blend of alloys it could be very hard and destroy a saw blade quickly. Don't bother with an O/A cutting torch because even the mighty blue knife doesn't work on stainless.
No I have not. I have used the different brands of seed pots with little success. However, I tend to have recurring plants in my bed from last years peppers just falling into the soil.
I don't know if it's to late to try again here in SC, I'm in an 8B zone.
Should I Xplant my seedling ASAP into...
Charlie Brown here.
I try every year to grow plants from seed and I just keep failing. I'm the Thomas Edison of gardening. Ironically, I did well in horticulture in high school on the land lab.
It's almost April and this is what I got..
I guess I'll quit kidding myself and just stick with...
Got 5 for $ 4.99 / lb today. That's not much more than ground beef. I think I'm going to get a few more to keep in the freezer.
For anyone that doesn't cure their own briskets, this is a cheaper way to go. Just be sure to soak them for a an hour or more to drag some of the salt out of them...
Good evening lads. Now that St. Patty's Day is past, It's time to go get those cured briskets for a fraction of original price and start making some pastrami. I sacrifice one to the crock pot with cabbage, carrots, potatoes and some onion just for good luck, but the rest will be headed to the...
@LhornR I think your right in that the plugs are way to wet for pepper plants. I'm going to elevate them out of the water but leave them just above to retain the heat available. This arctic cold high pressure is not helping at all. We're struggling to get high temps back into the 70's and the...
Uggh... When I got my C reaper seeds, the instructions said not to germ in paper towels.. Different info from different sources can lead to confusion and frustration. I'm not against it by any means if it works.
I'm working with a biodome and heat mat from ParkSeed. I think I may have let it get...
Nicely done!
I had a great germination kickoff then all of the sudden there was about 50% die off of all the varieties except the C. reapers. So now I'm re-seeding the plugs to try again.
At what point did you transplant into the solo cups?
Did you perforate the bottom of the cups? I like the...
Exactly what i did..
I got them over a barrel the other day again. London broil was $5.99 /lb. the only problem was they printed the signs to say $5.99 ea. I held them to it. I was decent enough to only buy two of them before they took the signs down. Made some awesome chili colorado yesterday...
