    New stick burner!

Heres a pic of the other side, looks like at one time it was a direct grill but he just used it for storage. Im wondering if I can put a metal top on this part and then maybe spilt this with a burner in the middle or maybe install a flue from the cook chamber and use this a warning box? Let me...

    New stick burner!

It's pretty dirty from being parked under his car port and not getting much use lately, I'm gonna go out today and clean it up some and get some measurements for some angle iron.

    New stick burner!

No, not a reverse flow, just has a baffle on the firebox and then the stack drops down into the cook chamber about halfway, he says it cooks really well and holds a consistent temp. He owned it for about 12 or so years.

    Pitboss charcoal pizza oven

I came across the pitboss pizza oven a couple years ago for next to nothin so I picked it up and thought it would be a fun new toy! It sat in the garage for awhile and I decided to put it together and make some pizza. I did the burn off and then the next day lit it up again and made some pizza...

    Prime grade at Sam's club

I tell ya what I've cooked a lot of briskets and this prime one from Sam's was hands down the best! A friend of mine had cooked a wagyu a couple weeks ago and I think this even topped that both texture and flavor. I rubbed it with onion and garlic powder and coarse black pepper and then did a...

    Prime grade at Sam's club

Just pulled it out of the smoker to wrap and put in a cooler to rest! Temp was 187 and it was soft and juicy. I put it in the pellet cooker at about 8:30 last night and then moved it to the electric at 11:30 to finish it off, no sense in wasting pellets.

Not enough smoke flavor using my Camp Chef pellet grill.

I'd try some different pellets and pellet cookers put out less smoke at higher temps.

    Prime grade at Sam's club

I was in sams club today and discovered they are now selling prime grade meat. They had packers, whole ribeyes and sirloin. I picked up a prime packer for $3.46 a lb! Came out to about $46. Its going in the ok Joe pellet cooker with some oak pellets tonight! Glad I didnt pay for that Costco...

Smoked, then deep fried Chicken Nuggets

I like to smoke wings and then flash fry them for 2 min in the deep fryer. First tried them at a bbq restaurant in myrtle beach called brisket and I've been doing it ever since.

    New pellet smoker, first cook

Props on the new grill! Whatever you cook just make sure to clean out the burn pot before you use it! I had issues with mine overheating and burning up the auger and smoke coming out of the pellets in the hopper.

    My traeger/Oklahoma Joe pellet burner!

I did some pork belly burnt ends on the ok Joe the other day that turned out good but I had the controller thermometer screwed to the wall of the smoker on the hopper end and it was giving a way higher reading than grate level so I took it off and stuck it through a potato on put it on the grate...
