thanks Al I used a dehydrator for years someone on here said they used their smoker so I tried it and it was good did some just seasoned ones with mesquite chips and the others were franks redhot and honey garlic with maple chips mmmmmmmmmmm
it is actually just 6 # ground beef with 1 tbsp hickory jerky seasoning for every # and 4 1/2 tbsp of cure store bought my wife fav then I add 2 tbsp of crushed garlic and set in the fridge over night one tray in honey garlic sauce the other in franks redhot and it's all good. being ground beef...
