    My guys ran some "C" wire to a couple of the therms so I could use the wifi ones. Added and extra return for me at the top of the stairs. The original installer gave we a return way on the other side of the upstairs hall so it did not pull well from the first floor.

    yeah we got 24 years out of the last one, can't really complain. It was still running but the "fins" were rotted out and one swipe with a weed wacker would have killed it. With both of us working from home, we could not chance being without it if it puked in the middle of the summer.

    yeah me too, fixed the washer with new struts but could not get the tub hub off with all the tricks I read about. I had my impact gun on it and it won't budge, when there is a heavy load it bangs all over. Oh did the central AC last year, $7k cash got that done.....

    I do as well, unless it is nice and I want the vortex. just never thought to combine the grill plate and the air fry setting. I usually do a franks and butter combo to toss them in.

    I have the same and love it for wings, need try the grill plate for air frying, I bet it lets more air circulate than the high sided pan.

    Yep, we went to same HS but did not know each other (class of 680) I transferred after 2 years in a local college to one 8 hours away and she was on my floor. We met at 18 and have been together since...I am 56 now.

    4WD will help for resale, no one in the north wants a 2WD truck. You just need to stay on top of oil changes and use synthetic oil, those 4 bangers rev higher than a six cylinder. I do 5000 mile intervals on all my cars regardless of the factory spec is, it easy for me though as I have a 4...

    I do the same, The INFINITY QX60 I am getting is a 2023 with 17K on the clock for about $39K...it is over $60K new on the lot now.
