I had in the oven at 400, and I think it was about 45 minutes, oiled up with the salt and pepper for about 15 minutes before going into the hot pan.
The DO over the flames sound good.

We are all about pork steak and chops here. Mona would have no problem have that a few times a week. She likes hers basted with Soya sauce, with mashed potatoes and butter

Me as a seller ( I used to do the markets quite a few years ago ) love the brown bags with the windows. To me it just feels more natural.

Love doing them in the BBQ. I try and keep my temp around 400 - 425. depends on the outside temps.
