Since I will be using a stick burner my biggest issue is going to be space. 15x15 booth space is provided and my smoker is 12x6 at the very least. After you add tables, coolers, etc, its going to be cramped. Thats also assuming we can cook at the meats on one smoker and not need a charcoal...

So you cook chamber is a cylinder 20" diameter by 60" long? Fire box is also a cylinder at 20" diameter by 24" long? Your sketch above suggests a square fire box but you didnt provide a 3rd dimension if that is the case......
Have you done the calculations on the BBQ calculator?
What is you cook chamber size? What is the FB to CC opening (square inches) suggested by the pit calculator? Without looking at the exact numbers, an 8" pipe doesnt seem large enough to get the required FB/CC opening size for good airflow.
More details and your calculations would help.
You need to have a whole in the door of the mailbox for sure if you have not done so already. That will help with the draft for sure. I drilled one 3/4" hole in the ceneter of the door on mine as suggested in other Mailbox Mod threads.
Also, make sure the mailbox is below the chip loader hole...
Yep. Dave has you covered. I used his method because it works great. Another good reason to have it exit the back of the MB is for ease of install into the flat portion of the MB rather than trying to fit the vent piece into the rounded top portion.

Basically you take a mailbox and connect it to your MES using some 3" dryer vent. You place the lit AMPS in the mailbox and it feeds smoke into the MES. Do a search for "mailbox mod" in the search bar above for threads of peoples builds. Dave has a very good step by step write up. I forget who...
