    And it begins! They went on at 12 noon.  Planning on a 2-2-1 method.  Using cherry wood and maybe a little hickory too.  Updates to come!

    Quick baby back question.

    I'm smoking baby backs today. It looks like we're going to get a lot of rain in the afternoon. If I smoke them early, and pull them, will they rest in a cooler similar to a butt?

    Cooked for our company picnic!

    Very cool!  I cooked for a crowd earlier this year for the first time.  A bit stressful during the cook, but it was worth it when everything was done and the complements came in.  Much more confident now and ready to do it again.   Congrats!  Looks great (especially your smoker).
