I'm smoking baby backs today. It looks like we're going to get a lot of rain in the afternoon. If I smoke them early, and pull them, will they rest in a cooler similar to a butt?
Very cool! I cooked for a crowd earlier this year for the first time. A bit stressful during the cook, but it was worth it when everything was done and the complements came in. Much more confident now and ready to do it again.
