Im a big Steve Mcqueen fan (and a car guy) so Bullitt for sure, pretty much any Mcqueen movie, Tom Horn is a favorite also. As well, all the Dirty Hairy movies.

Update further. I haven't been able to bend my knee fully without feeling heavy pressure from all the joint fluids. Guess what, i can bend my knee and i feel ZERO pressure. This is crazy. I am so excited, did I just get my life back??!!!. And I haven't taken any more than whatbi took at 1:30...
Well, its been almost an hr and a half since i took some olive oil and I gotta say, im feeling pretty good. I have done a few sets of stairs in that time that i usually have to bear pretty heavy on the railing to keep the pain at bay, this time I was able to do them without touching the...
Well, took a tablespoon full. Just waiting for the grill to heat up. One thing I guess, if it doesn't work for the joint issues at least my GI tract is gonna be nice an slippery 🤣🤣

Im also amazed at the speed that it seems to work. My doctor gave me some high test voltaren pills when i get a bursitis flair up, but i also take them when my arthritis flairs. Again, like any anti- inflammation med, its hard on your kidneys and liver. Those pills take the better part of an 1½...
Just did a quick search and it seems a safe daily amount is 4 to 5 tablespoons so if 1 is doing the trick then you are fine.
Im gonna give this a shot, i have arthritis in my knee and the humidity around here is killing me. Hell, im willing to try anything.

I watched a comparison YouTube video about trimming and no trim. It was a side by side and the results were no difference. The fat on the untrimmed brisket just pealed off after cooking, no burning, no real issues. I still trim a bit but have cut down a lot since watching that. I take the big...
If you can spare some fat to put on top it can't hurt. Its really gonna depend it the meat has good marbling if it will be tender in my opinion. If its too lean, i don't think the fat put on the outside will really do too much.
Again, my opinion

I bought an egg (vegetable)steamer. Im never going back. Peal perfect every time. Old,new, doesn't matter.
Its basically a metal rig with a bunch of "leaves" that open, put the eggs in put in a pot with water in the bottom. Steam for the same time as you boil.

All good info here. On long cooks i even pile pellets over the auger port . Im planning to build a hopper extension so i can throw an extra 4 or 5 lbs in so i can sleep longer on overnighters😉

I picked up the similar sink a while back and installed it in the new sausage kitchen, you will not regret having a sink that size. I used to make a mess cleaning stuff in the regular kitchen sink. Now its a breeze. Zero mess. I like yours has the drip tray on both sides, mine only has it on 1...
Thats a shame to hear, I have an older Camp Chef lux36 and its perfect. No issues, plus dealt with customer service on a natural gas retro on my side burner, no issues. Hope the problem is rectified with the new controller.

There is a butcher in town who is advertising hanger steaks. Pretty cheap also. I may go grab a few. Always wanted to try them. Thanks for the look.

I assume you are referring to BBQ plans that involve a get together with friends and family. I am a bit more of a loner so don't prefer the big deals at the best of times. Just me ,the wife and the dogs is all i enjoy. Plus my grill is under my veranda so even rain won't stop us.

Can't see why not. Im no food safe expert but your temps are low and its only a couple hrs. Ive smoked steaks for a few hrs and had to abort, tossed them in the freezer for later, no issues there.
