I might have to do something like that. I'm going to borrow a motor bracket I have off a drum I don't use and see if the distance is enough. If the motor gets too hot I'll make one but don't think it should. I'm gonna do open top spinning in the mini I think.
Thinking about mounting about...
Pass it along anytime you see someone is doing a burnout. It definitely sucks when it happens. You start with the perfect fitting lid then all of a sudden oops
Just an FYI DO NOT burn the lid with the drum because it'll warp and be useless. You're ok burning it a little but do most of the cleanup with a angle grinder brush or something.
I start with a beef bouillon cube and water till it's dissolved. Then I add in butter and whisk in some flour. Add in the mushrooms and simmer/slow boil to reduce and thicken. Later if I think it needs it I'll whisk in maybe a little more flour and season with SPG (if it needs it)
...then pull up a plate because these were mighty tasty. I really love my wood fired grill. Think it makes a world of difference in flavor.
Mixed up a nice savory pot of saucy mushrooms for these guys! I feel sorry for whomever doesn't like mushrooms....Case
