It just says beef ribs on the package. They look like what people have been referring to as Dino ribs. $30 for about 8" rack with 4 bones in it. Wife thinks it's a waste of money for that price, so I need to get this right.

I have had Gravy that was so good. I did pour it in a cup and drink it. Love to put it in a thermos when it's single digit temps in the the winter if I'm going to be outside.
