    Hi everyone! Obviously I love bbq. Its a staple here in North Carolina :) Anywho, on a budget so bought a Brinkmann Smoke n Grill. Think its referred to as ECB on these forums lol.  Havent done any of the mods yet but its apparent I need to. Can never keep my temp more than inbetween...
