Finally got around to using the Amazen Pellet Tube Smoker 6" I was lucky enough to get from Doug & Craig ... I know why they call it "A-MAZIN" just a practice run today smoking a loin tomorrow ......... So I figured after a check my thermometer getting new battery's ... -

Nimrod ....... working on it as we speak.......just have to decide on which way to go ......... After seeing the Smoking the gang did ........I'm not sure if I could compete ...( eat good ...why YES ) So going to think about which one of these to get ready for next year I know I will NOT... -

Never saw a butt do this!
I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago , I moved the prob ( as advised here on the forum ) the temp went back up to where it was stalled. scared me to I had not seen that before , finished the smoke ......tasted great -
