    Same method for me but I forget about the turkey roaster and use the crock pot. Add the drippings and more rub and it actually better the 2nd round. Keith

    I have made some myself but also enjoy some commercial rubs that have been mentioned. I'm always on the hunt for a BOGO or closeout when I shop. Found this one 2 weeks ago at WM and loaded up Great price and will use as a starting point for mixing my own blends. Also found this one this week...

    Every day right? Having a hard time just seeing the steps in the morning 😆 And the lighting strikes have been brutal. Multiple deaths and injuries in the last couple of months. Hit 100 yesterday and waiting to see Ms Erin has in store for us.
