My first time making.
Small batch sourdough focaccia. One with cheese ( time got away from me while baking) and one with olives.
I put this in to the olive mix.

Overnight hang, tomorrow morn is 12 hrs of cold smoke. then rest for another overnight and another 12 hr smoke.
