i have been watching Malcolm Reed's YouTube channel as several of you do this pandemic and i saw a recipe i wanted to try....Apple Pie ribs. I made the recipe once a week ago on some St Louis spares. we loved the flavor and i wanted to cook some for my Dad. My Dad loves baby...
i would take to 125 ish and the sear at the end on a hot grill or skillet on the stove top. Gives a good texture and i love a reverse sear!

I like Weber's honey garlic rub you can buy at wally world or Sam's club. it goes good on ribs without any heat but not over powering sweet.
I have been a fan or Butcher' BBQ rubs wild cherry or savory pecan seasoning.
I'm about to try Heath Riles apple rub to make Malcolm Reed's apple pie...
