You will definitely need wheels on it, or at least at one end. Mine weighs in at 77 Kg (170 lbs) and can be difficult to move depending on what surface I am moving it on.

I don't want to bore you but to give you a bit of history about BBQ in the UK. If you mention BBQ or Smoking food to 99 out of a 100 people in the UK (population 65 million) they will mention cremated burgers...
I don't know what panco is because we don't have it in the UK, but I suppose dipping the chops in beaten egg and then coating them in breadcrumbs will kinda do the same.
