Canned corned beef hash ..... Years ago I wouldnt touch this stuff.. Looks like slop..(or dog food).. But a few years ago I baught a can and thought...what the heck I'll give it a try.. Figured out its actually pretty good. Now dont get me wrong its not like a good homemade hash with some...
Freezing for later is one thing I love to do.. Sure makes things easy some nights.. Thats a fine looking dinner!! Whats your preferred method of reheating ??

Man Robert you nailed the temp on that tenderloin. Wall to wall pink. Perfectly done! I'm intrigued with these mini mushroom casseroles..... I'm going to have to play around with this idea.. Great thinking outside the box on those! Awesome meal all around!!

Wow! Im really digging your take on a Cuban sandwich! There is absolutely nothing I disslike about the entire process.. Nice work! And enjoy your time in Florida...your gonna have some great times traveling with that camper!!
😂😂 thats awesome!
I could only imagine how good they would be fresh cought and straight out of the shell! And seared on a screaming hot plate right over the fire would be perfect. I thinknthats the key to good cooked scallops! Its got to be about as hot as you can get it for that good sear!!
Thanks! Sometimes I would rather have this than mac n cheese...and yea it does take a little practice to get it right.. But once you get it right once its easy everytime! Good stuff for sure!!
No problem!.. Keep in mind I have no ideas on the actual amounts.. But that should be a good starting point. Just make sure you have enough cheese grated and add pasta water as needed.. It's kind of a "by feel" thing
