Good day all. I am finally back in the game. So happy to be able to post this. Made some smashburgers and hash browns on my Blackstone griddle for dinner last night. They were awesome!!! :emoji_yum: :emoji_yum: I used a new product for cooking them. Whirl cooking oil. It gave the hash...
Must be my aging eyes. The first time I looked at your burgers, I thought they were more conventional. After a closer look, I see that they are pretty much smash burgers. My mistake. They look even better the second time around. :emoji_yum: :emoji_yum: :emoji_blush:

The GFS store in my city closed and I am majorly bummed. Had to search all over the city to find one store that carries whole pork shoulders. I can't find the buttery griddle oil that GFS carried anywhere. Getting back in the BBQ game and run into this right off the bat. Phooey I say...
Interesting design. Can't wait to see what you come up with. I am wondering is the Stump's smoker pictured the same basic concept of what you are trying for? I purchased a Stump's baby which is an offset design smoker. I was concerned that I would get too much direct heat from one of these...
Learned something new today. Thank you very much for sharing that. I will have to try to make those sometime. :emoji_yum: :emoji_thumbsup:
