Party is at six and shure didn't mean for my smoker to get that hot it was a carry over from the last smoke it took forever to get it up to temp so this time I put to much wood in rookie mistake
I put my butts on at 9 this morning, it's been 5 hrs they are already at 190* my smoker has been running hot all day as high as 290 will my pork be dry I've spritzed it and now I have it raped in foil

I've got two five pound butts to do for a birthday party this is my fourth smoke on butts they've all turned out good thanks to the help from this forum

The pork butt is done couldn't get a pic hot off the smoker. I've already got it pulled apart and it tast awesome. I'll put Q- views on when every thing is done. Got the chicken, fatties, and dutches beans on the smoker now pics about 5:00.
