    I use a combo Rub I saw in Steve Raichlens Book Best RibsEver. Alot of Good Recipes.Of course I worked the recipe tp fit my taste.. Rubs and bastes.I useda little Razer Bone sauce to Finish.. Ummmmm.

    I have the 40 window and love it done some mods on it and smked a butt for 16 hrs all night .with the amnps loaded 1 and half times.
