    Tumbleweed, I was curious. Did you use any kind of spray or mop during the smoke? Does the bacon do that for you? Ive never wrapped with bacon but I was planning on stuffing some breast and thighs this weekend for a smoke! They look amazing! Great job!

    Very nice looking ribs! The last ribs I did were good but I found things I want to tweek a little as well. Im still working on getting good consistent temps. Getting there though! Once again, VERY nice looking ribs!
