    This is my first attempt at a turkey..Brined it overnight in a salt, sugar and garlic brine..Covered it with mayo and then used Jeff's rub..stuffed with Granny Smith Apples and basted with a butter and garlic salt baste...11.7 pound turkey took about 3 and a half hours...
