Try only tieing one end of the casing you are linking, the end where you start linking. As you work your way down the lenghth of casing, pinching and twisting meeat can be push towards the untied end. Then just tie off the other end after you finish the last link. I hope this makes sense?

Looks Great Tim!!! That's a long time in the smoker....never have done it that long.....I'm sure you put smoke to it for all 26 hours? Do you do it that long every time? and is there a big difference in taste.
This unit has never been used. The company that makes them is in my town and a guy who worked there kinda borrowed it. I just hope I can make it do what I want It to do. Maybe a fools dream.
Unfortunatly Josh, you maybe right. I'm still curious about the TE coolers, kind of like the hot/cold coolers you plug into your car. I guess I need to look into it more to find out if It's doable. I have time to do the reasearch since I won't be doing anything to the cabinet for several months.
