Have a look at the Cookshack electric smokers.
I have been using them for over 15 years and would recommend them to anyone.
They aren't cheap, but they last forever.

Since I have the smoker going with a Butt in it, I needed something to do while it smokes so I decided to make some smoked tomato soup.
This recipe came with my smoker and even though I am not a fan of tomato soup, I had to try it.
I have to say this is one of the best soups I have ever had...
