    Good Seafood in Ft Lauderdale

Use to work in FLL a week a month and discovered a real blue collar type seafood restaurant on the intercoastal. One of those places that searve a good meal, and if you burp it's a complement to the good food instead of a bunch of snobs looking down their nose at you. And they even hand out...

    Fatties for Work BBQ

And something for the odd one, you know, there's always one that says "I don't eat meat". I caught a storm from a lady at the last work cook out because I cooked her veggie burger on a grill that touched meat. Next time, I'll add some pam to alum foil and cook her vegan burger on it.

    Leftover pulled pork breakfast skillet

In VA, we call it a farmers breakfast. Pulled pork sounds great. We usually use any leftovers - steak, ham, shrimp, salmon - they all work. I'll be trying the pulled pork now. Only thing I'd add is at the end a handfull of shredded cheese and let it melt. Then serve with plenty of tabasco.

Can see this hobby's gonna be fun ...

No pix, but I'll start taking some. Wifey pulled a bunch of italian sausages and chicken out of the freezer for the smoker. The sausages were easy, throw them on. Kids came over and were hungry, so after two hours pulled the sausages off, added to a pot full of spagetti sauce, heated them up...

    smokers and my neighbors...Laws???

City ordinance, yes. HOA's do not have the authority even if its in their HOA contract. My HOA was so gestapo that finally we had to settle things up in court. Now a new crew has been voted in that is more understanding. I live up the street from an Islamic mosque. The Arab's are not happy when...

    injectors

I got one at the local grocery store for $4 that works. Next time I get a coupon for Cabela's, I'll get their $25 one. Stainless steel, nice construction. Probably works the same as the $4 one, but hey, I want one.
