Thanks. I stupidly got rid of it a few years ago because it was all rusted up after a move and storage. I found one that would work from American Barbecue Systems ( The Pit-Boss), but at $4000 it out of my price range. I guess I will just have to actually pay attention to the meat and not just...- radsrus

I sued to have an offset smoker built more or less like a cabinet with four racks that were rotated by a small electric motor? Loved it, but eventually wore out. Anyone know where I can get one?- radsrus
