Hey my name is Jon and I live in rapid City SD. Just fired up my smoker for the first time and cant wait to see how it turns out. The smoker is from sears and its a BBq pro. It was a cheapo one. My first smoke is ribs. and so far so good just having trouble controlling the temperature.
