Hello from Chicago!
I was looking for a plan for a pallet smokehouse and found heaven. Avid smoker on a Weber, hardwood charcoal and hickory chunks. Even on the dreaded gas grill, I have smoked some amazing stuff. ( toot my own horn.) I'm gonna be late for work tommorow, way too much reading to do thanks for the site!
