Sorry I'm new here. I'm the owner of a 500 gallon tank smoker (reverse flow), a double door vertical offset reverse flow, double walled. I'm looking at making one now myself. Has anyone ever seen a "safe" used for the firebox? Attached is pics of Little Bessie and Big Bessie- jpacer73
