1st smoke ever
Thanks gary. Should have mentioned that I am just outside of Albuquerque. My ribs came out very juicy. My 10 yr old was hold the cooking door open so I could snap a pic and the lid got away from him. The end result I need a new thermometer as the slammed door cut my problem wires in half... -
1st smoke ever
Today I am attempting my very first smoke. I purchased the TMLE from the home Depot and used my 10% military discount. Was pretty straight forward to assemble. Myself and a 10 yr old tossed it together in just over an hour. The only place that seems to leak smoke is from the cooking chamber... -
