Thanks everyone. Look forward to learning a lot from the site. The chicken turned out great. Used Pecan wood and jutsted used butter, salt and pepper under the skin. Smoked at 250 till 165 IT. It was a 3.5lb bird.
I did just butter s and p to see how the smoker worked and what kind of smoke...
