    Hey DCecil..... In Georgia Hickory and Pecan was the go to wood when I was a kid... Then I learned about the merits of apple for Pork... then Mesquite. Have seen a lot of comments about the toxicity of Eucalyptus, but that’s the leaves only... perfect for those little Koalas but not for me...
