Newby smoker!
Hi all! Thanks for the add! My name is Daniel. I'm from rural Indiana. Never smoked before but I'm now raising American guinae hogs and chickens. I have an old garden shed I'm wanting to turn into a smoker if I can. I plan to use an offset fire box. Look forward to learning more! -
smokehouse build questions
Wanting to convert an old wood shed into a smokehouse. I would basically be using the shell of the shed but was wondering what I need to do on the inside to make it viable.
